Bespoke Jewellery Step by Step guide

At Jupp Fine Fine Jewellery we specialise in creating exceptional bespoke jewellery, remodelling heirloom pieces or using new gemstones to create the heirlooms of tomorrow.

Our in-house workshop and design team have over 30 years experience in hands-on jewellery design and manufacture.

All design work and quotations are free. Our expert team will work with you to source suitable gemstones and determine the best method of manufacture to acheive your perfect design and budget specifications.

Begin Your Bespoke Journey

Step 1

Contact us in person, by email or by telephone to discuss your bespoke requirements. Our designers will establish your design goals and specifications.


Step 2

We will present a selection of suitable gemstones along with sketches, models and example pieces as approropriate. Alongside our stock collection of gemstones we source stones directly from mine owners and stone cutters from around the world, giving us a diverse and exciting range from which to make your selection.

Step 3

Once the design choices have been made we will require a deposit of 50% to begin work on your personal designs with the balance payable on collection. Remember all design work and consultations are free, no payment is required until you are completely happy with your designs.

Step 4

We will create your design, sending you images and updates and consulting on sizes, textures and arrangements at each stage as required. Most commissions are completed within 3 weeks. However, please do let us know if you have an urgent deadline as we are usually able to accommodate it.
